Tamaira McGarvin

Founder & ED

Was born in Orlando Fl and relocated to New York City in 2013 with Mother LaTravious. Tamaira
was President of Manmade Productions Inc a production company geared towards bringing
LGBTQ+ identities to the forefront of the entertainment industry via cinema /recording /stage and
special events arenas. As co-producers of the, all Trans led visual content shows “T-Time with the
Gurl , & Livin Manmade” and produced the Brooklyn Transgiving events leading to the creation of
the now Brooklyn GHOST Project.  Tamaira studied Business at Bryant & Stratton College and
courses at the AIDS Institute for Harm Reduction peer counselor. After the tragic events in
Orlando in 2016, Tamaira redirected her focus toward security and the protection of the LGBTQ+
communities in large public events. As a state-certified security officer in New York & Florida,
Tamaira strives for equality, fairness, respectability, education, empowerment, Visibility, and the
Safety of not only Black and brown trans identities but the LGBTQ+ communities.

Kylexus White

Chef Kylexus White was born in Philadelphia but was raised in the deep south where she developed and cultivated her culinary prowess. Through her troubled youth Ms. White found her talent and later her salvation in the Kitchen. From years of volunteer work in food services to becoming a proud owner of her own business KylexusKitchen she is determined to better the community one meal at a time.

Gia Martinez

Office Manager

Ms. Martinez was born in Queens, Ny but grew up in Orlando FL. Musically gifted at an early age Ms, Martinez opened and performed with Little Richard and attended Civil Kids for Performing Arts. Ms. Martinez become a Trans Rights advocate in 2016 with the co-founding of The Brooklyn Ghost Project. Gia has worked to provide efforts and contributions toward the goal of creating
solutions by addressing health disparities in NYC. This objective is expected to be met by
performing outreach, education, and referral services within the scope and goals of New York’s

William Bailey
William Bailey is the CEO of Pynk Gorilla Entertainment. He is an active leader in the nyc Ballroom scene.His trailblazing music career and his Trans rights Activism is focus in life as well cultivating a safe space for our Blk and Brown LGBTQIA+ community.
